Special Colombian Treat

At the home of one of our students where the LATTE professors have classes in Colombia, the wife always makes arepas de chócolo as a special treat for us. It is similar to a pancake, but is made of sweet corn meal. This had always been one of our favorite foods when we had lived in Colombia a few years ago. Now we have it as a special treat every time we make a trip there.
