“This is the day which the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it” and that is exactly what the national women’s organization of the Confessional Evangelical Lutheran Church of Puerto Rico did as they were spiritually rejuvenated recently by a service of praise with the message given by Eligio Rodriguez, a student pastor being trained by LATTE professors. The service was followed by a study on “The Armor of God”. In the afternoon a very enlightening presentation by Sandra Lopez on “Reflecting the Light of Christ”. There was also a coronation and a quick hand project. Interspersed in the activities were hymns, songs, and spiritual songs , fourteen in fact! What a blessing to share Christ’s goodness together and be lifted up.
